Pie n Things.

We've been eating dinner pretty early lately so come 6:30-7 pm the kids are hungry and want a snack.  We put the kids to bed at 7 so I usually just tell them that they need to get ready for bed and that they will have a nice breakfast in the morning.  Yesterday though I decided to make a pie as a nice little surprise for dessert.  Lyssa helped me and it turned out SO yummy.
